Refund Policy for MasterMinds Business School Online Courses

At MasterMinds Business School, we want our students to be completely satisfied with their online learning experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our online courses, we offer a generous refund policy.

Full Refund within 14 Days

If you enroll in one of our online courses and are not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked. Simply contact our student support team and we will process your refund.

Partial Refund After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day period, you can still request a partial refund up to 30 days from your date of purchase. The refund amount will be prorated based on the amount of course content you have accessed. For example, if you have completed 25% of the course, you would receive a 75% refund.

No Refunds After 30 Days

Unfortunately, we cannot provide any refunds after 30 days from your date of purchase. We encourage you to reach out to our student support team if you are having any issues with the course material or platform. We are here to help you succeed!
