Overview

The MBS Center for Human Capital Management is collaborated with the Institute of Human Capital Management Ireland. The center specializes in offering Executive Programs that are related to the field of Human Capital Management . The Executive programs offered by the Center are Professional Diploma and Executive Diploma. The program criteria are as follows;


Program Professional Diploma
Entry Requirement 3 credits or 3 years working experience
Program Information
  • The program is a training program conducted in a modular basis
  • The program emphasis on competency training
Program  Executive Diploma
Entry Requirement     2 Credits or currently employed in the industry with 2 years  experience 
Program Information
  • Is a training program
  • The program focuses on Vocational Education to assist individuals to gain knowledge and develop skills in operational areas of the tourism & hospitality industry
 

 

Program Structure – Professional Diploma

  • Program Duration: 10 months (4 month Theory; 6 months trade training)
  • Program Methodology:
    • Lecture
    • Demonstration
    • Case Studies
    • Practical Demonstration
  • Program Moderation: English or Local Language
  • Program fees: RM 4500.00 per student only

Program Structure – Executive Diploma

The goal of the Job Development Team at The Centre is to help you find your first paid work experience related to your training.

Finding work is a partnership between you and The Centre—you help us and we’ll help you. Work placement staff will help you find employment opportunities, although it is ultimately your responsibility to secure a paid work placement.
